It's a new age for todays society, today you do not need to eat out anymore! Let me make your life more manageable. I will take care of all your meal preperation for you. I can come into your home and cook your meals either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly for you. When I come into your home I will set up your fridge and freezer for you. There is nothing for you to do except enjoy the home cooked meals. I set up each meal in a container, and all you need do when you get home is put it into the micro wave and heat. There is also the option of premade meals for your slow cooker. The meals are ready for you to put into the crock pot before work and when you get home it is ready for you. All you need do is open the meal package and put into your cooker. It does not get any easier, there is no work involed because I prepare them for you.

The convience of me making your meals for you is that you don't have to worry about the salt content, and all the meat is lean and fresh.
When we meet the first thing we do is get to know your likes and dislikes. We go over any food alergies you have or diet restrictions. This allows me to adjust the salt or size of serving for the meal selection for you. Whether you want a different meal everyday or you have favorites that you enjoy often. I will make sure it is on your menue
